As a Principal Security Analyst, you will be instrumental in fortifying our Information Security Program, particularly in relation to our Azure Cloud Infrastructure and Development Operations. Join us in our mission to support vulnerable seniors, contributing to a culture of care and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary authority on security concerns associated with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure and DevOps processes.
- Conduct comprehensive security evaluations within our DevOps framework, working closely with Infrastructure and Engineering teams.
- Establish and oversee a variety of security measures, encompassing technical, physical, and administrative controls.
- Document and implement new security protocols, ensuring consistency and clarity across the organization.
- Comply with industry standards while executing security assessments.
- Collaborate in the creation of security policies and procedures, promoting a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
- Manage hands-on security operations for cloud systems and various security solutions, including their maintenance, development, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and guidelines set by our Regulatory and Compliance and Quality Improvement teams.
Required Skills
- Expert knowledge in security issues pertaining to Microsoft Azure Infrastructure and DevOps workflows.
- Proficient in implementing and overseeing diverse security controls.
- Familiarity with security tools and solutions for threat and vulnerability assessment.
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare security and privacy regulations, including HIPAA and HITECH.
- Strong analytical abilities to identify trends and modify security protocols as necessary.
- Exceptional collaboration and documentation capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience in Cybersecurity, Azure Cloud Infrastructure, Azure DevOps, or Information Technology.
- Required Microsoft certifications (AZ-500, SC-100, etc.); additional security certifications (CISSP, ISACA, GIAC) are strongly preferred.
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or eight years without one.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing security measures within an Azure Infrastructure setting.
